The Northgate HS Jazz Program has performed at Yoshi's for 15 years and is excited to share an evening of jazz with you! You can catch the hottest show in high school jazz at our appearance at Yoshi’s, Tuesday, May 7 at 7:30 p.m!

These two accomplished jazz bands from Walnut Creek are directed by Roberto Garcia-Leiva, Instrumental Music Director at Northgate High School. Most recently, Jazz Band 1 earned 2nd Place and a Finalist placement at 2024 Folsom Jazz Festival, a 3rd place at the 2024 Campana Jazz Festival, a “Unanimous Superior” Rating at the 2024 CMEA Festival, and a Command Performance at the Santa Cruz Jazz Festival.

Join us for a night of free music at Northgate High School! Hear performances from Northgate, are Elementary schools and Foothill bands. March 25 at 7pm. Doors open at 6pm. Enjoy a pizza meal before the show!
